Hourly Consultation Available (2-Hour Minimum)
This option is for customers who are in the beginning stage of planning an event or those who may only need a few hours to discuss some of the aspects of their event with a professional. The consultation allows for help in a variety of ways and gives you other options to fit your needs. We can also assist you in deciding what package may best suit your style and budget.
The Complete Package
This package offers unlimited contact and communication throughout the planning process with emails, phone calls, meetings, site and vendor visits; in addition we will:
Develop an event budget
Develop a theme or personality event based on your style and flair
Design a monthly planning calendar to keep everything on track
Provide quality vendor selection and management of the vendors throughout the entire process
Negotiate contracts with the vendors
Design site layouts through rentals, lighting and other decor
Make transportation arrangements for family members and guest if needed

Visit site for planning sessions and details 30 days before the event

The Managing Package
This package is for those that have done their own planning or may have a small budget and only need us to tie up the loose ends. We'll direct and manage your event, giving you confidence that a professional is there to help you. You will meet with the event planner 30 days prior to the day of your event for a site visit and to go over the details. You'll have peace of mind knowing that all the details for your special day are looked after. Add on a few of our Al La Carte services to give you assistance in your planning and guide you through the process. It’s difficult enough doing anything for the first time, so make it easier on yourself with all the help you need to get you through those planning stages and come out smiling on the other side.
